Can I set a fixed daily delivery window?
Yes. Fixed schedules (e.g. 7am, 3 times/week) — orders prepared in advance and delivered on time.

Is there a fee for after-hours delivery?
Orders after 7pm or before 6:30am: 30,000 VND surcharge per trip — notified before confirmation.
